    Cette étude est consacrée à la caractérisation par spectroscopie de photoluminescence aux très basses températures (hélium liquide) d'échantillons massifs de CdTe de type p élabores par la technique de Bridgman et dopés les uns à l'arsenic (67 ppm) et les autres à l'antimoine (137 ppm). La comparaison du spectre des échantillons dopés avec celui de l'échantillon témoin montre l'apparition d'une large bande à 1.55 eV suivie de deux répliques phononiques. Dans ces spectres on observe également, indépendamment de la nature du dopant, la présence de la bande à 1.45 eV qui est composée de la raie principale (1.453 eV) et de trois répliques phononiques. Cette bande a été attribuée à la recombinaison radiative donneur-accepteur (d-a) entre un donneur neutre d non identifié et l'accepteur cuivre (impureté résiduelle). La structure fine de la bande à 1.55 eV a été mise en évidence par l'étude de l'évolution de son intensité entre 4.2 et 30 K. La bande à 1.55 eV est ainsi composée de deux raies, l'une à 1.542 eV due à la recombinaison radiative (D°-A°) de l'accepteur as/sb avec le donneur neutre d, l'autre raie à 1.548 eV attribuée à la recombinaison radiative (e-A°) de l'électron de conduction avec le même accepteur (As ou Sb). La mesure du facteur de couplage s entre les porteurs de charge et les phonons optique longitudinaux (facteur de Huang-Rhys) a été effectuée à partir du rapport des intensités entre la raie principale et ses répliques (distribution de Poisson) ainsi qu'avec la méthode des moments. Les bilans énergétiques des recombinaisons radiatives (e-A°) et (D°-A°) des bandes à 1.45 et 1.55 eV ont permis d'évaluer les différentes énergies de liaison des accepteurs As, Sb, Cu ainsi que celle du donneur résiduel D°. Nous avons ensuite développé le modèle théorique des facteurs s de ces différentes recombinaisons radiatives en fonction des rayons effectifs des impuretés (donneurs et accepteurs) mises en jeu. Les rayons effectifs des accepteurs ont été obtenus à l'aide d'un calcul variationnel de l'énergie de liaison de l'impureté tenant compte de la correction de cellule centrale, alors que le rayon du donneur D° a été évalué à l'aide du modèle du défaut quantique. Une bonne cohérence entre les valeurs de s mesurées et celles calculées a été obtenue avec la masse des trous légers à l'aide de deux modèles correspondant l'un au cas d'impuretés peu profondes et l'autre au cas d'impuretés plus profondes The low-temperature (4,2 K up to 30 K) photoluminescence (PL)-spectrum of bulk p-CdTe [non intentionally-doped ; doped with arsenic (67 ppm) ; doped with arsenic (67 ppm) ; doped with antimony (137 ppm)] has been measured in the spectrum (1,3 eV to the energy gap Eg = 1.606 eV). The (PL) spectrum of the doped samples are dominated by a new band near 1.55 eV, followed by several longitudinal optical (LO)-phonon replicas. We attribute this band to donor-acceptor (D°-A°) transitions involving Cu-acceptor and an unidentified shallow donor. The low temperature (PL) shows that the new band exhibits a fine structure and is composed of two peaks (1.542 eV and 1.548 eV). The first peak is due to the dnor-acceptor (D°-A°) recombinaison and the second peak is due to conduction electron-acceptor transitions. These transitions involve the As (Sb) acceptor. The Huang-Rhys coupling factor associated to the different phonon side-bands have been obtained from the relative intensities of the luminescence lines.We have developed a theorical model which takes into account the change carrier (LO)-phonon interaction and allows for central cell corrections of the deep acceptor states. The theorical model is in reasonable agreement with experiment. It has been show that the radiative transitions associated to the light hole mass are predominant

    To verify the usefulness of visual stimulation in CBT techniques or systematic desensitization and flooding, through the study of neurocognitive responses (ERPs) to specific and repetitive phobic or neutral stimuli, in patients with specific phobias. The study involved 2 groups, both composed of 20 subjects: an experimental group and a control group. Slideshows consist of randomized phobic images, whose characteristics are personalized for the specific phobia, and neutral images identical for all subjects. The ERPs recorded during visual stimulation were analyzed, distinguishing the potentials generated by phobic and neutral stimulations. The ERPs present typical waves (P1, P2, P3a, and P3b) that represent the cortical processing of the image. The study shows, in phobic subjects with specific phobic stimuli, an increase in P2 component amplitude due to greater activation of cortical networks by emotional response and the increase in amplitude of P3b component compared with the control group, probably in relation to looking for specific details of the phobic image. It is interesting to note that P3b component tends to regress during repetitive stimulation. The study showed that, through digital stimulation, phobic patients become accustomed to the presentation of phobic stimuli with an average decrease of 12–13% in P2 and an average reduction of 25% in N2. This result allows the hypothesis that this stimulation is useful to replace stimulation in vivo, or as a preparation for it. The variation of the potential evoked during the stimulation can help the therapist modulate the stimulation itself. The authors also propose to continue the development of this research also using the development of augmented reality (VR).

    The Lagrange--Galerkin method is the coupling of a finite element method for space discretisation with the method of characteristics for the discretisation of the material derivative in some parabolic problems. We propose a new scheme of second-order accuracy in time, which in contrast with previous methods does not require a correction term. Numerical examples, including Burgers equation, illustrate the convergence rate and low computational cost of the method.

    The Lagrange--Galerkin method is the coupling of a finite element method for space discretisation with the method of characteristics for the discretisation of the material derivative in some parabolic problems. We propose a new scheme of second-order accuracy in time, which in contrast with previous methods does not require a correction term. Numerical examples, including Burgers equation, illustrate the convergence rate and low computational cost of the method.
